Pricing Policy
Aidedo has created two flexible pricing models for you to easily choose from based on your budget, size, and goals:
1. Hourly billing model (You only pay for the actual work done, no more and no less)
2. Fixed-price model based on specific project components (If you need to know the exact total cost from the beginning to easily plan your budget, then this is the best choice)
How can we be sure of quality?
The answer lies in 5 core principles, which we consistently and strictly uphold in every project:
1/ Always communicate and understand the precise requirements of the client before starting the project.
2/ Always complete the tasks before the committed time.
3/ Always support the delivered projects whenever there are any changes from the client.
4/ Always keep related information and data strictly confidential.
5/ 100% refund within 24 hours if the client is not satisfied.
Do you provide a free trial?
Yes, our company offers a Free Trial for new clients. The first project will be carried out at no cost, with the same process and quality standards as a regular project. This allows clients to directly evaluate our capabilities and suitability as a provider before committing to a long-term partnership.
This policy is recommended but not mandatory. Clients are free to begin a project immediately, and if the results do not meet their expectations, they have the right to refuse payment.
What is the project turnaround time?
We are committed to responding to and processing projects within 24 hours in most cases. However, the actual time taken may vary depending on the complexity, scope of work, requested deadline, and the level of coordination and response from the client during the implementation process.
When the project changes, do you support?
YES, WE ABSOLUTELY CAN. We not only provide support but also commit to accompanying the project throughout its entire lifecycle, from the very beginning until after handover.
We understand that in the technical field, project changes are almost unavoidable. This could be an adjustment to an item due to the investor’s requirements or simply that you need to implement an additional part of the work during the construction process. Whatever the reason, Aidedo will not shy away but will always be willing to accept and handle all changes with maximum flexibility, just as we do when starting a project from the first steps. Thanks to our dedicated team and clear management process, all adjustments will be resolved quickly, neatly, and systematically, ensuring your project always stays on track.
What drawing standards are followed?
We design and implement drawings according to your regional standards. From how to use title blocks, plotstyles, to CAD templates,…We comply with all the standards that you are applying internally.
In order to better understand the standards and technical requirements in your drawings, immediately after signing the contract and before starting the first project, we will actively collect all relevant documents. These can be sample projects, CAD Templates, Design & drafting instructions, internal set up drawings (if any), software versions,…Especially in the first project of cooperation, we will focus on asking questions to clarify the scope of work, technical requirements, as well as the design standards that you want.
Which days of the week are you available?
At Aidedo, our official working hours start at 7:30 AM on Monday and end at 5:30 PM on Saturday each week. During this entire timeframe, our team of engineers remains proactive, focused, and fully ready to receive any request from our partners to ensure both quality and progress as agreed.
However, the reality of implementing projects in an international environment shows that work does not always follow a fixed time frame. Therefore, when there are requests arising outside of working hours, we are still flexible to extend working hours into the evening, weekends or even holidays, as long as it is really necessary to ensure that the project progress is not interrupted.
We do not consider time zone differences as a barrier but rather a strategic advantage that helps clients optimize turnaround time. With our headquarters in Vietnam, we are able to process tasks while you are resting and deliver results right when your workday begins, creating a continuous and uninterrupted workflow.
How do you ensure that my engineering data is kept confidential?
To make sure your information is completely safe, Aidedo uses many security layers to protect your data. Here’s how we do it:
1/ Signing a promise to keep information private (NDA)
2/ Keeping data safe on our own system
3/ Giving access based on what people need to do
4/ Turning off things that can copy data
5/ Backing up data safely using the 3-2-1 rule
6/ Destroying documents after we use them
7/ Protecting against digital risks with proactive tech solutions
8/ Monitor data access
9/ Security 24/7
How do we start?
Aidedo’s collaboration process is built on three basic but effective steps:
Step 1: Send us your needs.
Step 2: Video call to discuss work details, pricing and working process.
Step 3: Free trial.
Can I contact your clients for reference?
Aidedo is happy to provide the contact information of our clients who have agreed to share their direct experience working with us.
The list of reference clients will be carefully selected based on their field of operation, country of residence, as well as needs similar to yours. Once you are connected, you can feel free to ask any questions about the quality of our drawings, project timelines, our working policies, or our team’s support style.
How can we make payments?
You can pay in a variety of popular currencies such as US Dollar, Australian Dollar, British Pound Sterling, Euro and other currencies according to your needs. This helps you be proactive in trading without worrying about exchange rates or conversion costs.
Regarding payment methods, we support popular options such as bank transfer, Wise, and e-wallets. All of these ensure security and convenience and are widely trusted by international businesses.
For bank transfer payments, Aidedo will provide complete business account information to facilitate your transactions. Conversely, if you choose to pay via Wise or e-wallets, you can complete the transaction with just a few simple steps within minutes, offering convenience and saving time for all clients.
How do we communicate?
Aidedo, we do not impose any fixed tools or methods of communication. Instead, we flexibly adapt to the platform your company is currently using. If you are working through email, we will companion through email. If you use Slack, WhatsApp, or any other platform, our team will also take the initiative to connect and coordinate smoothly right on that very tool.
In case in-depth discussions are needed, we can start a meeting through Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or whichever platform you are using internally. We want to make sure that your working rhythm is not interrupted but instead is continued in a natural and seamless manner.
In addition, you can feel completely confident about the language barrier, because the entire working process is done in English. The engineering team at Aidedo not only possesses strong technical expertise, but also has good English communication skills, enough to quickly grasp your requirements, give clear responses and work proactively throughout the entire project duration.
Can you handle multiple projects at once?
There are 3 clear grounds for Aidedo to confidently commit to the ability to handle many projects at the same time for the same client:
1. The first is the size of personnel (60+ professional engineers working full-time)
2. Second, we always maintain backup resources
3. Third, Aidedo’s engineering team does not need to “get used to it from scratch” every time there is a new project
To put it more simply, as of now, we’re simultaneously working on dozens of projects simultaneously for a single client in California with a combined workload of more than 1,000 hours per month. Instead of waiting for the completion of the current project to start the next one, we do it in parallel at the same time or proactively start a new project as soon as the client needs it. There are projects that last throughout the year, or even more, with the process including multiple continuous stages from conception, concept to detailed design. Each stage needs to be thoroughly reviewed, responded to and adjusted.
