PROJECT SUMMARY: We have designed an 879-foot-long driveway to connect the proposed main residence to the existing road. Due to the extended length of the access route, a public fire hydrant system alone would not be sufficient to meet fire safety requirements. Therefore, the driveway has been designed with a 24-foot width to ensure full accessibility for fire trucks throughout the site.
In addition, a fire turnaround has been incorporated into the site layout in full compliance with the design standards set forth by the local fire department
