PROJECT SUMMARY: Based on the provided architectural layout, we have developed the driveway design to connect the external levels to key areas such as the Main Residence, Loading Driveway, and Car Parking. This process allowed us to accurately determine the required finished floor levels for the Basement and First Floor.
Additionally, we identified the necessary locations for retaining walls to ensure proper site grading, while also balancing cut and fill volumes to optimize overall construction costs
