AIDEO ACCOMPANIES IUH TO EXPAND INTERNSHIP AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION STUDENTS

On May 5, 2025, Aideo Joint Stock Company collaborated with the Faculty of Civil Engineering – Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) to organize a career orientation session, aimed at sharing practical insights and expanding future collaboration opportunities. The meeting took place in a friendly and open atmosphere, while still maintaining professionalism. Representatives of the Faculty of Civil Engineering were Ph.D. Nam Nguyen Van – Head of Faculty, Ph.D. Viet Nguyen Thanh – Deputy Head of Faculty, MSc, PhD candidate Tri Le Trung – Lecturer, along with the enthusiastic participation of many third- and final-year students. From the Aideo side, all three company founders were directly present: Mr. Aiden Tong – CEO & Founder, Mr. Kelly Vo – Co-founder, and Mr. Henry Tran – Co-founder, along with their accompanying team members.

It is known that the Faculty of Civil Engineering currently offers two main academic programs: Civil and Industrial Engineering, and Transportation Engineering. The faculty’s curriculum is designed in accordance with international standards, namely CDIO (Conceive – Design – Implement – Operate) and AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance), to ensure both high quality and strong practical applicability.

The CDIO framework focuses on developing students’ technical competencies and soft skills through project-based learning, while AUN-QA is the quality assurance system for higher education in ASEAN, ensuring the programs meet international benchmarks.

This is one of the key and leading faculties of the university, consistently innovating its teaching methodologies and enhancing the capabilities of its teaching staff.
