This October, Aidedo (Aidedo Outsourcing Provider) celebrates 6 years of establishment and development – a memorable milestone marking the persistent efforts of the entire team over the past time. To celebrate this milestone, Aidedo organized a trip and team-building activities to thank its members for a year of dedication, and also as an opportunity for members from different branches to reunite, have fun together, and recharge their energy.

In addition, Aidedo always dedicates a day for community volunteer activities through its internal fund, the Aide Fund – which represents the collective spirit of “love, sharing, connection”.

Journey of love to Bao Tang Pagoda – Bao Loc, Lam Dong

On the morning of October 18, 2025, Aidedo arrived at Bao Tang Pagoda, a small, peaceful temple nestled on the hillside of Bao Loc, more than 20 kilometers from the city center.

To ensure they arrived early that morning, the volunteer group began preparations at 12 A.M. the night before. Right at the Ho Chi Minh City office, members collaboratively arranged rice, instant noodles, envelopes, and other necessities onto the vehicles. Although everyone was busy, the atmosphere was still filled with laughter and excitement. Each person carried the joy of the upcoming journey, where heartfelt gifts would be personally delivered to the local people in the highlands.

With the coordination of the pagoda and the local authorities, a list of over 100 underprivileged households was compiled to receive gifts from the Aide Fund. A total of 105 gifts were meticulously prepared several days prior, each including 10kg of rice, one carton of instant noodles, and an envelope. Within every gift lies the spirit of sharing and the sincere affection of the Aidedo collective, aimed at helping the local people alleviate some of their difficulties in life.

The Aide Fund is formed entirely through the proactive participation of the Aidedo team. The company has established a transparent conversion mechanism, whereby every time personnel engage in activities such as football, running, blood donation, badminton or other community-oriented internal programs, the results are converted into a specific contribution value to the fund. This is how Aidedo spreads the spirit of connection and social responsibility, turning every small activity into a meaningful action for the community.

After nearly 6 hours of traveling through the night, the Aidedo team arrived at the pagoda at 7:30 A.M. Since the large vehicles could not enter the deeper area of the temple grounds, the members continued to transfer individual sacks of rice and cartons of instant noodles from the parking lot up to the pagoda. No one complained of tiredness, everyone was enthusiastic, passing items hand-to-hand, carrying the goods, and neatly arranging the gifts in preparation for the sharing activity.

Amidst the quiet tranquility of the pagoda on the hill, the team’s laughter and voices seemed to bring a warm and loving surge of energy.

The whole group together arranged the gifts at the temple yard, preparing for the giving ceremony to more than 100 disadvantaged households.

Before the gift-giving ceremony began, Zen master Thich Minh Thanh – Abbot of Bao Tang Pagoda – and a representative of Aidedo shared a few words with the local people and the members of the delegation.

The Zen master extended a warm welcome to the Aidedo team and expressed gratitude for the care and sharing that the company has offered to the local residents. He shared insights into the lives of the households there, most of whom are ethnic minorities with many inadequate living conditions, and expressed his delight that more kind hearts are coming to provide support, boosting the people’s faith and motivation.

In response, Aidedo’s representative – Mr. Aiden Tong CEO & Founder of Aidedo – offered thanks to the Zen master and the Buddhists for their thoughtful reception of the team, and concurrently shared that: “On behalf of the Aide Fund Charity, Aidedo Joint Stock Company (Aidedo Outsourcing Provider), I would like to send my greetings and best wishes for good health to all the local people here. Today, we are present to deliver these small gifts, conveying the sincere affection of the entire Aidedo team to everyone. Although the material value is modest, we hope these gifts will partially help alleviate the difficulties in your lives and bring a little joy and warmth. We wish you all good health and happiness in your lives.”

Immediately following the speeches, the gift-giving ceremony commenced in a cheerful atmosphere filled with positive energy.

The local people successively came forward to receive their gifts according to the list and invitation slips that the pagoda had distributed beforehand.

Thanks to the close coordination among Zen master Thich Minh Thanh, the Buddhists, and the Aidedo team, the ceremony proceeded in a very orderly manner, without any pushing or crowding. Everyone patiently queued, offering a friendly smile when it was their turn.

Aidedo members stood in line, personally handed out gifts, asked about and wished each person good health.

When the people received their gifts one by one, the boys in the Aidedo group quickly helped carry the bags of rice and boxes of noodles down the steep slope in front of the temple gate. The hurried but enthusiastic steps, laughter and words of thanks from the people made the scene very warm.

At the end of the gift-giving ceremony, the delegation was invited by Zen master Thich Minh Thanh and the Buddhists to stay and enjoy vegetarian dishes. The meal was simple but full of love: a hot bowl of noodles prepared by the Zen master early in the morning, after traveling more than 15 km to buy ingredients; along with cakes and small bags of coffee prepared by the temple and given to the delegation as a token of gratitude.

The second trip of the Aide Fund concluded with smiles, warm handshakes, and a sense of happiness from having jointly given love. This marks the second leg in Aidedo’s journey of spreading love. Every Aidedo member felt the joy of seeing the fruits of their collective effort delivered directly to those in need.

And it is this spirit of unity, sharing, and love that has transformed the Aide Fund into not just a charitable fund, but also a place where everyone can collectively spread good deeds—the very things that form the core “Love” culture that Aidedo always pursues. These kind actions are seen as a way to sow the seeds of affection, ensuring that in times of hardship, human kindness is naturally illuminated and spread.
