After the internal workshop “Digital & AI for Aidedo’s Engineers”, six key team members shared their reflections:
Aiden Tong (CEO), Henry Tran (Civil Director), Kelly Vo (Drafting Director), Mr. Sau Pham (Master of Civil Engineering, Professional Advisor), Otis Tran, and Charles Phan (Civil Engineers).
From leadership vision to hands-on engineering insights, these conversations reveal how Aidedo is embracing AI — not just as a tool, but as a company-wide mindset.
Discover their thoughts, expectations, and the real impact AI is already making inside one of Vietnam’s most dynamic civil engineering outsourcing teams.
“Why this workshop, and why now?”
Aiden Tong – CEO & Founder of Aidedo
Aiden didn’t need time to think. His answer came clear and intentional.
“This workshop is about direction.
At Aidedo, we take Digital Transformation seriously. Not just the tools, but the mindset. We want everyone on the team to understand how AI can help us work more efficiently, deliver faster, and reduce errors. That’s how we make our services better — day by day.”
And what does that mean for our clients?”
Aiden followed up with calm conviction.
“It means smoother execution.
By adopting Digital and AI, our operations become faster, cleaner, more accurate. That helps our engineers work smarter, solve problems quicker, and serve clients better. It saves time. It adds value.”

“What pushed you to speak today?”
Then came Mr. Sau Pham – Master of Civil Engineering, known across the team as both a technical expert and a passionate mentor.
“Because I believe in this team,” he said, simply.
“We’re young, fast, and eager to learn. That’s the perfect formula to step into AI and digital transformation.”
He paused, then continued—his tone more personal.
“When we start applying these tools, our work improves. But so does our life.
I didn’t join this workshop to give a lecture—I came to give everyone a little push. One step at a time. If I can open that door for someone, it’s worth it.”
“What made you step up to speak today?”
Then came Mr. Sau Pham – Master of Civil Engineering, known across the team as both a technical expert and a passionate mentor.
“Because Aidedo is a young, fast-moving team — and that’s our strength.
When we step into Digital and AI together, we don’t just work better — we enjoy our work more. That’s the future I believe in.
I joined this workshop to share what I’ve learned so far. Even just a small push can help someone get started.”

“Why did you choose to talk about chatbots?”
Next up was Henry Tran – Civil Director, who had just wrapped a live demo on using ChatGPT to build a customized chatbot for engineering standards.
“Because it’s real. This isn’t theory — I use it every day.
I’ve trained a chatbot to give me fast, accurate answers based on the civil engineering standards I uploaded. Instead of spending time searching, we let the bot do the heavy lifting.
I wanted to show everyone that AI doesn’t have to be complicated to be useful.”

“Did anything change for you after this workshop?”
Kelly Vo – Project Manager joined next. He had a calm demeanor but didn’t hesitate when asked.
“Yes. I’ve been exploring AutoLISP for work but didn’t know how to really apply it.
I’d been trying to edit scripts without knowing what I was doing. But after today — after hearing Mr. Sau, Aiden, and Henry explain things — I have a new perspective. Now I know how to make it work for me.”
He didn’t sound like someone who just watched a presentation. He sounded like someone who just broke through a wall.
“What did today mean for your personal development?”
Otis Tran – Civil Engineer, one of the younger members of the team, was clear and honest:
“It was really valuable — especially for someone like me who’s still early in their career.
AI felt distant before. Now I see it’s already part of how we can work better.
Getting to learn from the CEO, department heads, and senior engineers all in one session? That doesn’t happen every day. I left feeling more confident — and more curious.”

“Do workshops like this really matter?”
The final voice came froms CharlePhan – Civil Engineer, who stood with arms crossed, but a look of conviction in his eyes.
“Absolutely.
Client demands are getting higher. Projects are more complex. We can’t keep doing things the same way.
Workshops like this help us update our thinking — not just our tools. They remind us to grow.”
