On April 9, 2025, Aidedo was honored to be invited to a meaningful event hosted by the Faculty of Civil Engineering – Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH). This was the official quality assessment session of the Bridge and Highway Engineering training program, based on AUN-QA standards – one of the most recognized education quality frameworks in Southeast Asia.
This was not just a typical seminar, but a special opportunity where universities, businesses, and international experts came together to reflect on how civil engineers are being trained and to discuss the direction for the future.

During the session with the international experts, Aidedo was one of the companies invited to share opinions. As a business directly employing civil engineers from this field for real projects both in Vietnam and overseas, we shared honest and practical feedback from the business perspective.
Being trusted and invited by the university was truly an honor for us. But more than that, it is Aidedo’s responsibility to contribute to improving the quality of engineering talent in our field. We don’t just need people to do the work today – we also care about the quality of our team in the next 1, 3, or 5 years. This event was part of that long-term preparation.

The discussion was open and in-depth. The questions focused on:
- How do businesses evaluate IUH graduates?
- Does the training program meet the real needs of the job?
- What additional skills should students be equipped with?
- How can we build better connections between the university, students, and companies?
Aidedo answered sincerely based on our real experience. We have welcomed many IUH students to intern or work officially at Aidedo. Most of them have strong learning attitudes, a high sense of responsibility, good software skills (like Civil 3D, AutoCAD…), and they listen well and improve quickly. With just some initial guidance, many students can handle real project work effectively – some even beyond expectations.
What makes this special is that these students are not naturally ready – they are shaped and guided by their dedicated professors.
What impressed us most during the event was not the list of subjects or grades, but the seriousness and dedication of the faculty team.
They don’t just teach; they deeply care about their students’ future. They don’t just give lessons; they try to connect students with the real world so that they don’t feel lost after graduation. They are building “invisible bridges” – from the classroom to construction sites, from textbooks to real projects.
We see their sense of responsibility – and that’s exactly why Aidedo truly believes in long-term collaboration with the university.

Working with IUH is how Aidedo prepares our engineering workforce for our clients
At Aidedo, we always believe that:
“The quality of the service depends heavily on the quality of the people who deliver it.”
That’s why we don’t wait until we are short of people to start hiring. We build our team early. And one of the most effective ways is to collaborate with trusted universities like IUH.
Specifically, every year Aidedo:
- Welcomes interns and lets them join real projects that Aidedo is delivering for clients in the US, Australia, UK, Canada…
- Organizes company tours so students can see how our engineers work and how we operate as a team.
- Co-hosts workshops and talks with the university on technology, software, and AI applications in design, helping students keep up with industry trends.
These activities are not just “visits” – they are part of Aidedo’s training system to build a team that serves clients with highly skilled, well-thinking, and well-coordinated engineers.
This AUN-QA accreditation event made Aidedo even more confident in our belief:
To do great service, we must invest in the right place. And that place is people.

We are committed to continuing:
✅ Strengthening cooperation with the university to connect training with real-world work
✅ Expanding internship and hands-on opportunities for students
✅ Training the next generation of engineers early, ready to join international projects
✅ And most importantly: Maintaining the service quality that exceeds our clients’ expectations
Aidedo is very grateful to the Faculty of Civil Engineering – Bridge and Highway Engineering – IUH for giving us the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful process of improving education quality.
We believe that the connection between education, business, and students doesn’t just produce good engineers – it builds a strong foundation for the sustainable growth of the civil engineering industry, and also the long-term success of our clients.
Aidedo – We don’t just deliver drawings. We prepare engineers, so our clients can confidently scale projects and grow long-term.
